Conifers Cleaning Services - Terms of Engagement To ensure a reliable and professional service for every client, please review these terms:

• Quotations: All prices provided are a guide and quotations are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. A final, no obligation quotation will be confirmed prior to work commencing and may be adjusted if the scope of work differs from that originally discussed.

• Booking & Cancellations: Conifers Cleaning Services understands that plans can change and kindly requests a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to a booking. Providing sufficient notice helps ensure appointments can be offered to other clients and schedules can be managed effectively. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the agreed service fee.

• Insurance: Conifers Cleaning Services maintains appropriate Public Liability Insurance. Evidence of cover is available upon request.

• Access & Security: Conifers Cleaning Services is regularly entrusted with access to clients' properties, including keys and security codes. All access information is handled with the utmost care, confidentiality and professionalism. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed appointment time. Where access cannot be gained and alternative arrangements have not been made in advance, Conifers Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge the full agreed service fee.
  

• Limitations of Liability: Whilst every reasonable care is taken when carrying out cleaning services, Conifers Cleaning Services shall not be liable for pre-existing damage, fair wear and tear, or deterioration resulting from normal use.

• Valuables and Fragile Items: Clients are responsible for securing valuable, fragile, or sentimental items prior to the service. Any concerns regarding specific items should be highlighted before work commences.

• Payment Terms: Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
  

• Professional Standards: Conifers Cleaning Service is built on trust, reliability, and excellent communication. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify Conifers Cleaning Service within 24 hours of the clean. Every reasonable effort will be made to resolve any concerns promptly.

• Health  and Safety: Conifers Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions present a risk to health, safety or wellbeing.

• Service Area: Conifers Cleaning Services proudly serves Blandford Forum and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius. Appointments outside this area may be considered upon request and may incur additional travel charges.
